How do I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched a tracking link will be sent to your email, click on the link for further details on your orders whereabouts.
Where is my package being shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Brisbane Australia.
How long does shipping take?
All Godsson jewellery pieces are individually made to order, so please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may incur import duties or taxes when the package reaches your country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additional charges related to customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Godsson is able to refund merchandise purchases within 7 days of delivery. In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to Godsson in its original package.There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind.
Any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to different packaging, misuse, alterations or damage will not be accepted by Godsson and will be returned to the customer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the delivery, within 7 days from the refund approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, this will also depend on what stock we have available.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or promotional code will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Will my purchase arrive gift wrapped?
Yes. It will arrived wrapped in our exclusive Godsson packaging.
Can I leave a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes you will have the option to leave a personalized gift message during the checkout.

How do I know if the item is in stock?
If an item is currently out of stock it will be labelled: Out of Stock.
The good thing about being a ‘made to order’ company is that we almost never run out of stock, although if for some reason we do you will be the first to know about it through our website as we do our best to keep it updated regularly.
If you are waiting upon a certain item that is not in stock then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item description and we will notify you once it is back in stock.
Can I change my order?
If cancellations or changes are needed for your order please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If we receive your enquiry prior to handcrafting your product then we are able to assist.
